I am a licensed Marriage, Couple and Family Therapist with a Masters degree in Family Counseling at the University of Central Florida. My journey in this profession began as a counseling student and HIV tester and counselor at UCF. Here I was given the opportunity to explore diverse issues in mental health across various populations. 

Early in my studies, I found that accessible, affordable and culturally inclusive mental health resources were not equally available amongst diverse communities. As a result, I became passionate about dedicating myself to serving individuals and families who are in need of this support. I have always believed that strengthening relationships and communities can empower individuals to achieve healing. 

I have gained the majority of my experience treating adults, children and adolescents living with depression, anxiety, relationship/family issues, identity development, HIV and sexual issues. I enjoy working with couples, individuals and families and believe that exploring diversity and culture plays a crucial role in creating a safe and open space for my clients.
